Activity Days: Fitness

 For Activity Days, we were working on Developing Talents #8 in the Faith in God book. We discussed healthy eating habits, importance of exercise and goal setting. I created a worksheet for each girl to set individual fitness goals and track their progress. Our activity portion was Zumba & we finished it off with healthy snacks.
